Cancellation Policy:

The club is a non profit making organisation and therefore it incurs overheads and as such we need to cover the costs of the club to ensure viability. Whilst we try to operate a service that is affordable cancellations especially at last minute still costs the club money. Our cancellation policy is available for you, please ask at the club for our policy.

For full day requirements we again ask for prior booking for 2 reasons.

1. If demand is not high enough to open then we will not offer a service on certain days
2. Knowing numbers in advance helps us plan trips, activities and staffing arrangements

Ask the staff for the booking sheet to get your places secured. Once these are booked there is then a commitment to pay for these places unless the relevant notice period is given.

Once you have booked your child should your plans change or there is different arrangements for collection can you please inform staff immediately on the mobile number by 2.30pm.
