Collection:

We ask you to nominate who is allowed to collect your child from the club. We will not release any child to anyone who is not on the list of nominated collectors. We ask parents to notify us who is eligible to do this. We do not allow any person 16 years old or under to collect any child even if they are siblings.

We ask that all parents collect their child/children at the latest 5.55pm. Staff will then have 5 mins to close the building and secure it. After 6pm other users of the building may have access to the Edinburgh Room and whilst we will remain with the children until their safe collection it is the parents responsibility to notify us of arrival time if delayed and a charge maybe incurred to cover the extra costs. Failure to inform staff of late collections we then have an obligation to inform police and social work department of the local council. This is in line with the Child Protection Act.
